What is the Landscape of Trust?
The Landscape of Trust is a global open research project, exploring the nature of trust, how it exists between people, how it flows within teams, and how it sits within organisations. Throughout 2017 we have been working with 30 Research Partners to build a global data set, to prototype diagnostic approaches to measure and understand trust, and prototyping developmental models and frameworks for ‘what to do about it’.
What is the aim of the conference?
In this one day Trust Conference, we will:
- Share the results of the Landscape of Trust research so far
- Explore ‘what trust means’, through creative approaches
- Look in details at case studies of developmental approaches
The day will be a chance to explore the subject, delve into the research, and discuss this emotive subject with fellow Explorers and practitioners. It is designed for anyone with curiosity and interest in Trust and what it means for organisations.
Tuesday 6th February: 8.30 am – 7pm
Refreshments and lunch will be provided.
The Forgotten Circus is a London-based, dedicated event production company, driven by the theatrical, the eccentric, and the unbelievable. Inspired by the trust needed to perform circus skills and performances, both in yourself, your crew and your audience, we felt this space was ideal to enable us to think about trust in its many forms. You may even be treated to a performance or two.
