In the Social age, formal leadership alone is not enough. We need Social Leadership: the type of leadership that counts in the community spaces, where we can co-create meaning, learn and share our learning for the benefit of all. But how do we achieve this?
In this session, we will explore the NET model of Social Leadership in detail, which guides us through nine stages of development. These range from curation, where we take our stance and set of values, to the ways that we build reputation and social authority, and finally through to social capital and true collaboration.
